The application of jaw studs may be either single/manual or multiple by means of moulds that we call ‘universal’ or ‘fantasy’ and which can be adapted to suit the customer’s needs. A variety of patterns can be obtained from the universal moulds by exploiting the geometric distribution of the studs inside, thus avoiding the incurring costs associated with the creation of customised moulds.
When this is not possible, Cim Italy offers a mould-making service at the customer’s request. More than 30 years of experience together with the large number of moulds make Cim Italy a benchmark whenever you want to address this type of processing.
We have or can create moulds that provide the possibility of using combinations of studs of different types and sizes.
Our laboratories are likewise equipped to support productions involving the application of abs studs (with studs), pearls with counterparts, and standard or double-sided eyelets.
